I’ve always made my pizza bases from scratch but wanted to take them to another level by trying Sourdough. I’m so glad I took the class! Roberto’s class is very informative, so much fun, well organised and easy to follow and understand.Even if you’re not a cook or love to cook you’ll have a great time. I had so much fun, Thankyou for a great morning.

Roberto’s sourdough pizza class is absolutely fabulous! Not only do you get to make and eat amazing pizza, Roberto is a fabulous teacher and his passion for Italian cuisine and produce is felt throughout the whole class. From Italian music, to imported Italien produce - this class makes you feel like you are in Italy! Roberto made everyone feel good and by the end of the class we all felt as though we were all friends. 5 stars and I’ll be back for the sourdough bread class!

Roberto's Sourdough bread making class was absolutely fantastic! My daughter and me learned so much and we can't wait to start baking our own Sourdough bread. Thank you for a fantastic workshop! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely worth every dollar.

The online course is great. Short videos explaining step by step, how to do in digestible bite sized slices. Roberto is very professional and approachable, happy to answer questions and help trouble shooting. He is passionate about sour dough and its health advantages and wants to inspire his students with this passion. This is very easy once you have tried it, you will never go back to the disappointment that is commercial bread.

Roberto cannot be faulted - he's such a nice guy and full of enthusiasm. I found the course to be fun, but some of the key information was difficult to understand and in my opinion there wasn't enough material provided during the course to better understand it. (The recipe card itself needed updating.) However, I fully recommend others to take the course - just be prepared to ask lots of questions!

I did the pizza making workshop with my ten year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Roberto makes the process easy to follow and you get to eat the delicious pizza at the end. The class size was nice and intimate too.We have come away with everything we need to make amazing pizza for our friends.
