Its already understaffed and the staff have had no food hygiene training. You don't handle one customers cash, wipe your face and then slide youe dirty bare hands into a bag and wriggle it around to expand it. You use utensils like a business. Was excited for the preface, but I can't see myself returning until they have some standards to go along side a brand new store
