Really bad experience with this repairer. While the recpetionists were professional, the business itself is poorly run. They had my car for 7 weeks. They kept stalling with excuses as to why it wasn't ready. Week after week. They wouldn't work on more than one thing at the same time and thier supplier continually delivered the wrong parts (each wrong delivery taking 3-4 days). I desperatly needed to sell the car, but they kept delaying completing the repair. Take you car somewhere else if you ever want to see it agian.

The team handled the repair for my insurance claim really well. I appreciated how patient they were with my need to rebook, their extra care around getting my car fixed before a weekend and their thorough covid-19 protocols. No dramas, good service, would recommend.

Attempted to check my car in to have a look at front bumper. I arrived at a little after 4pm to be told the assessor had left for the day and I had to book an appointment for the assessment 3 weeks in advance during standard work hours. Pity there were no Saturday assessment available.

great service, repairs are excellent. Just not keen on the contact with SMS, i think a Phone call would be more appropriate when your repairs are delayed
