2 Australia Post parcels delivered to this Kiosk and I received an email and photo of the parcels being delivered, however Krysborough Lucky Lotto states that they did not receive the parcels and are unable to help me. What a disappointment and appalling service.Apparently the Postie doesn’t get on with the owner of the Kiosk and this has now impacted me, the customer.Please avoid at all costs using this Kiosk as your parcel collection point!!!

Parcel was delivered here, went to pick up after delivery and they said they didnt have it. Told me to try day after even though it was already marked as delivered. Later they marked it as picked up even though i never collected it. Dodgy joint
