I took my 4yr old to kindy gym here end of last year. We attended half the sessions, they knew him by name. On the last day of the term every child there got a certificate except for mine because we hadn't enrolled for the full term. Please tell me how a 4yr old will understand why he is excluded from an award ceremony because of such a small semantic? I was absolutely livid and he cried the gymnasium down for 10mins. Very poor understanding of children's growth and development to allow that to happen.

I just wanna say how professional the teachers is during the pandemic short stuff.Thank you so much for taking care of my kids. My kids love the teachers. They alway look forward to come to the lesson every time.

Absolutely rubbish will never be coming back kids can’t do this can’t do that can’t jump in the water cant go in most the lanes couldn’t even pull themselves up on the pole for the walk wayif u want your kids to have fun don’t go here not to mention the old guy who is meant to be a life guard he is more worried about the rubber Mat on the walkway then livesthe kids moved it by accident like 2 inches and they were told they can’t do thathe should go push trolleys for a living I reckon

Most of the refs are absolutely terrible if I were the manager's I would sack them all and hire refs who actually have eyes. Some of em are good just that the bad out weighs the good. The chips are good just why does the canteen close so early. And all the food is so expensive, I could go to maccas, hungry jacks or kfc and get a full meal for the price of a drink and chips here. Also fix the vending machines I've got ripped off, it didn't register my money, it breaks down easily and it's overpriced. And the people at the front desk are so miserable.

I'm giving this place one star, but it should be negative 10 stars, my complaint is it's a pool, we went yesterday, and the centre had 1 lane for lap swimming, a SLOW lane at that, and then they had 3 lanes for swimming lessons, closed off, no one in them. Then there was 3 lanes for walking.I do agree the staff, are friendly and helpful, and I've now been twice, since Swan Active in Midvale has closed, and I'm sorry to say I won't be back.I repeat my rating is NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

Watching Swan Active on social media they are trying to look really customer focused but this is not what I experienced. The pools are jam packed during swim lessons and there is no space for my daughter to use her kick board without bumping into other kids - This was brought up with front reception staff with no real care response. The front reception staff seem disinterested and argumentative as soon as an issue is brought up. Gave stars only for the awesome swim teachers, they are always lovely.

I absolutely love the Crèche here! The staff members are so friendly and so welcoming!! My daughter asks me every day if we are going. The cleanliness is impeccable, The area is very spacious inside and out! I highly recommend this place!

1 star is for the wonderful swim instructors 1 star for the lovely staff and 1 star for the best hot chips ever. Sadly, the pool is desperately lacking in available space and it's sooo hot and uncomfortable as a spectator (wish they'd open a door or window).

Great swimming classes but not happy that I couldn't buy a take away coffee without showing a vaccination pass. I showed the law to the cafe staff clearing allowing take away coffee and was refused service. I am vaccinated but refuse to bow down to this insanity
