Inquired via email about membership, responsive and easy, rock up to the gym to join and am told both questions I asked and they confirmed are not true. Asked if they had a trial they replied with a 30 day promo, when I arrived they said that was for last month... kinda need that info earlier. Asked what termination clause is for 12month contract told 30 days on email but when I am at the gym they tell me 90 days. Either these chaps are poorly trained or just don't know customer service. Kinda stood in the entry of the gym way waiting for them to offer me SOMETHING, but customer service person just did nothing... walked away disappointed. Gym was pretty but empty - thought they would like a new member!

Nice facility, really makes working out feel less of a chore and more like a lifestyle improvement. One year one from signing up for Platinum membership via fitness passport and I am still hooked on this gym.
