Grill'd Bulimba
Chips were not up to the usual Grill'd standard - a little undercooked and dry. We usually love their chips. Burgers and service were the usual good stuff though.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the store didn’t pack my drink. I called them to ask them to send it, and they refused, despite me paying for the drink and delivery. The store manager “Jane” couldn’t have cared less, and invited me to complain to Uber Eats and Grill’d, but the only way I’d be getting my drink, she explained, is if I come and pick it up. Disgusting service, and I’ll never buy another thing from them, after being a frequent customer for 6 years.

I've been to Grill'd Bulimba a handful of times now and have had consistent, good service. The burger is far better quality and value than the competing burger chain down the road. For a burger joint between fast food and fancy, this is a good choice.

I am sorry to say that my recent experience with Grill'd was extremely disappointing. I placed a delivery order on February 17, 2023, and when I bit into my burger, I discovered broken glass. This was not only a disgusting experience but also a dangerous one, as it posed a risk to my health.To make matters worse, Grill'd never reached out to me to discuss the issue or apologise for their mistake. This lack of communication showed a complete disregard for customer service and a lack of concern for my well-being.As a paying customer, I expect to receive safe and high-quality food from any restaurant, let alone a well-known chain like Grill'd. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.In summary, finding broken glass in my burger and the lack of follow-up from Grill'd has led me to give them a one-star rating. I hope that they take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future.

Grill'd bulimba offers amazing food and excellent service at great prices. There are a few spots in their carpark, but there's plenty of street parking. It's very kid-friendly: there is colouring and a variety of games kids can borrow to play with, such as uno or connect4. The vegan burgers are delicious, even my young son prefers the vegan burgers here to the kid's meals. Omnis have an even larger choice and I've never been disappointed when bringing friends here.

The food is decent and quality is consistently good...if they get the order correct. Dining in is ok -- the staff is friendly and willing to fix wrong orders.But ordering delivery is a nightmare. Almost every order delivered has been wrong, and there is no way to get it fixed expect to drive down the wrong order and wait for them to remake it.Young staff looks poorly trained and overworked. Leaves the impression that they are being taken advantage of, which certainly makes it difficult to justify remaining a patron... Hope someone will seriously look into this.

I ordered a beef dynamic and revived a bun that was not toasted and the burger had no cheese. The staff were very friendly however I only discovered this issue when I came home.

My family raved about this place said the burgers were better than Ribs n Burgers.I ordered my burger with a gluten free bun. Probably the worst gluten free bun I’ve ever had. They need to get a decent gluten free bun like Ze Pickle uses, theirs are amazing.The rest of the burger was bland. I’m scratching my head about my family liking the burgers here more than Ribs n Burgers. Maybe the gluten burgers taste better and I chose a bad burger. Regardless I don’t want to return, I’d rather go without.The restaurant has colouring in for the kids to do. Hence an upgrade from one star to two.In Bulimba, Ribs n Burgers is my favourite so far, yet to try Betty’s Burgers, and I don’t want to try the carcinogenic charring of Charred’s burger buns.

I loved grilled, but I just ordered a burger from bulimba and it tasted like human sweat!!!
