Had a complaint regarding warranty issues.After some time it was resolved to an agreeable outcome.Can't speak poorly of a company willing to consider a customer's problem and show a modicum of compassion so I have revised my review.

Very happy with the purchase of my new vehicle through Bendigo VW. Jemma was great from start to finish and managed all expectations around delivery. I would buy again from here again without hesitation.

The team at Bendigo VW have been great to deal with. As a buyer from Sydney, they have been easy to deal and always communicative. Phone calls have always been received or returned very quickly which in my line of work is most important for service.Speak to Jemma Smith to get your wheels sorted! She is very good at keeping you in the loop and is very knowledgeable. And Tullia Bennett is also a very friendly and responsive operator for delivery needs.The entire team is very caring and helpful in managing the end to end sales process.
