100% recommend! Friendly atmosphere, attention to detail and I always leave feeling happy and cared for. Cortney has been my hairdresser for about 6 months now and has done wonders with my thin and difficult hair. She always seems to know what I need! Karina is equally wonderful, always finding time to squeeze in my appointments and look after my eyebrows. Such a lovely bunch of ladies.

Booked online & then they changed my appointment from 12pm to 145pm no apologies I arrive & they tell me they can do my Colour but don’t have time for a trim.. I said maybe another day then she proceeds to tell me she’s booked 10 weeks in advance & I have to understand that I said I came for a colour & trim & after 9 rounds of chemo I have very little hair to trim first hair appointment at Poise & Puff absolute last I walked out DO NOT RECOMMEND NO IM SORRY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Karina, Shirl and all the girls at Poise & Pluche are so talented and friendly and always make my visits such a fun, warm and welcoming experience. Karina always takes the time to sit down with me to go through different colour and toning options and I always walk out feeling like a million dollars. The new renovations in the salon look INCREDIBLE. Could not recommend highly enough!

Great care and attention was given. But of a discrepancy on the price quoted. However, all worked out well in the end. Definitely a great salon!

Absolute worst experience. Three quarter head of foils, $400. I’m a lovely shade of orange. I asked for half my money back so I could at least put it towards my colour correction. She flatly refused. Highly unprofessional. I will attempt to upload photos as proof.

Amazing talent, wonderful cruelty free products. Everything from tanning, to waxing, facials, lashes and hair! I've been using Karina's salon for years now and tried just about every thing there is to try and always walk away happy, fresh and feeling great! 10/10 absolutely recommend!

5/5 Always! I've been coming to Poise and Pluche for 6 years and won't go anywhere else! I now live in Brisbane and drive down to have my hair done because they're the best! The team are friendly, accommodating, well priced and always do a fantastic job with my hair.
