Anthony of Empire Carpet Cleaning performed a miracle on the 'unremovable' mark that was there when I purchased the house 8 years ago and 3 carpet cleans later it still couldn't come out. But Anthony got it out! Really impressed with the service and the extra care and attention he took with my furniture and walls. Best carpet clean ever!

I used Empire Carpets recently after my son's 21st left the carpet on our stairs smelling like a brewery! Anthony came and worked his magic and I came home to a house smelling fresh & deodorised. He even managed to remove a couple of rust stains which I thought would never come out. Loved the extra touches such as the wet carpet sign and some little booties which could be worn over shoes when we had to use the stairs. I would highly recommend this company as one of the best and most professional in the business.

Right from the beginning of my experience with empire carpet carpet cleaning I was extremely satisfied with there professionalism and efficiency with booking me in at a time that suited me. Anthony called me 30mins before arrival as I requested and arrived right on time. Joanne booked Anthony to come and see us to have a three rugs, a couch and two large window seats cleaned. Anthony and team arrived on time and were very professional. We left the house and came back after an hour and everything was done. It was pleasing that Anthony had put as much furniture back as was possible as had done a great job to minimise the amount of water left behind. Later that afternoon the carpets and couches dried out, were very clean and looked great.
