I put in three items that all required different tailoring, very pleased with the results for all of them. It all fits perfectly and looks great on.

Absolutely exceptional clothing alteration service and reasonably priced.I’ve taken my clothes to get repaired at other places and they do the bare minimum, fix a hole, patch it up, no attention to detail.Not this place, there’s care about how your clothes are meant to look and how the alterations respect that. There’s good handiwork, attention to detail, and respect for your garments.I’ve taken wool coats to get the arm shortened and there was a consultation on whether I wanted it shortened at the shoulders or at the wrist, I’ve had a pair of sweatpants repaired with some clever patchwork that lines up with how the pants were designed.Really good pricing, craftsmanship and customer service

Replaced a zipper for me, it broke after one wear and they wouldn’t redo the repair/replace the faulty zipper. These guys have always been great, but sadly this means I won’t be going back.

I brought my coat in the be fixed, a staff member quoted me a good price so I agreed. Afterwards when it was altered, I realised she had removed the entire lining of my coat & denied it. She even said that my memory was incorrect, that when I brought it in the coat was never lined. I have worn the jacket too many years so how could I not remember it had black lining inside.I had to write a letter of complaint to the owner, before anything was done. The owner relined my coat free of charge. I've walked past there and seen the lady still working there, will not visit again.

The ladies here managed to repair a vintage, lamb fur coat that I had thrifted - I was honestly expecting them to turn me away but they took on the job and did excellent work repairing all the moth eaten holes in it - looks brand new again!Their pricing was very competitive, especially considering the only other fur repair service I could find in Melbourne was on the east side.Will definitely be going back for any alterations I need in the future!

Had 2x pair of jeans shortened for $30. It came out exactly how I wanted it! Will be coming back for future alterations :)
