Can't recommend Bike Fix enough, work is to a very high standard and the level of service is excellent. The quality of products is excellent and Bevan is always so helpful, nothing is every too much of a problem. My bike is always serviced with Bevan and any problems are fixed right the first time. Could not recommend Bevan highly enough.

Simply awesome. Bevan is super friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. He was very generous with his time in helping me figure out what new wheels to put on my roadie. The bike is riding like a dream with the new wheels and a tune up - thank you!

Bevan has always pointed me in the right direction, price is on point he has a good stock on hand and if not in stock will be there asap. I have purchased several bikes off Bevan and can't recommend the after sales service enough. A great no BS! Local Bike Shop. Support LBS's.

I've only been to Bike Fix Townsville twice now and both times I've been impressed with the professionalism and customer centric service on offer.Not being a proper bike guy and coming in with plenty of questions, I found that Bevan was happy to explain the basics to me and willing to offer some good advice.Really glad I've got a great bike shop with attentive staff so close to home. Will certainly be recommending them when I'm asked.

Fantastic customer service and one of the most knowledgeable mechanics and bikeology experts in AUSTRALIA. Loads of cycling experience and has great pricing. Looks after loyal customers and always makes time to give advice. I’ve been getting my bike serviced and shopping here for years and have been treated with great professionalism every single time. Bevan and his staff are honest and totally trustworthy. For a person who is just looking to get back into riding this is the shop to use! If you not watch it, before long you’ll catch the bug like myself who’s totally enjoying the cycling experience.

Great guys in here! Told him our budget. Didn’t try any upswell. Had our bikes ready within the hour and even delivered to our caravan park. As our only bike rack is on our 22 foot caravan.Definitely buy your bikes from this bloke!!! Cheers mate
