MMM Tommy and his crew are absolutely amazing, no problem is too small , whenever you get work done here You will be notified of any extra issues that require attention, not just do the work and charge extra later. Tommy runs a fantastic team and gives awesome service.

Tommy and his crew are fantastic.I've been coming here for about 3 decades now.Nothing is too much trouble and no job too big or too small.He gave my front brakes a quick bleed today at no charge.I love this guy...But don't tell him, he'll get a fat head.Thanks Tommy.

Such a great no nonsense shop, always had great service with a Katana and Bonnieville. Tommy is a legend, I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. If you want comfy leather chairs, shiny shop floors and a barista, go somewhere else and pay the extra $$ for overheads

Being their customer for almost 3 years, from regular service to road worthy to simple chain adjustment, always being very helpful.Decent prices. Jobs done to a good standard, could be better sometimes hence the 4 stars.Definitely staying around now that I've upgraded to a litre bike. Would recommend them if you just know at least a little bit about your bike, which you should anyway.

Tommy and his team are awesome. Always call and confirm before any extra work is done. Been looking after my bike for years. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

They put a bad dent in my fuel tank and didn't take responsibility... hi somewhere else. Much cheaper if.you factor in the repairs from their substandard service... they probably charged me for the damaged they caused... quoted about $250 for the service up front and charged me $330 but neglect3d to twl mmm me they damaged my tank.... serious, not worth your time. O hate.to say it, it go to Team Moto, at least all they do is not tighten the terminal on your battery properly.

Booked my bike in and it sat at the shop for a week before even being looked at. When I called asking about it mechanic was very curt over phone, did not call me at any stage to explain what was being done. What I requested wasn't written down when dropped off and I was not given a quote before work started or during. Was just told it was ready a week and a half later and a $345 bill. Spilled fuel on my crankcase paint which required respraying but no apology and didn't seem to care, very poor attitude to customer service. Seemed genuinely disinterested in customer questions or the work. Bike still had some of same issues afterward.Won't be returning here.

Tommy is pretty stubborn sometimes pretty disappointed when he rejected my business when he couldn't fix my bike and charged me all the labour. I would only recommend him if you are ok with doing his way.

5 Star. 10/10 service. I had my stator recently fixed at a good price faster than I expected and had other little things fixed that I noticed at no extra charge. Thanks Tommy and the guys. I'll definitely be coming back.
