Big thanks to Steeve Clark and the property shop for helping us get into our first place. There were aphew hiccups along the way which made it quiet a stressful process however Steeve was vary helpful going over and beyond to help us with our situation even to the extent of helping us with somewhere to live while unexpected delays came along on our build. Our experience building our first place was abit different to the normal and if he did not have the help by Steeve it could have cost us our house before we even moved in. It has been over 3 months now that we have been in our house and we quiet regularly hear from Steeve Clark at the property shop to touch base and see how we are going.Cheers again mate from John and Ebony

In late 2018 we started our journey to see if we were able to purchase our own home. Well im glad to say that this year we are on our way back for a second time round. The team where so on the ball, educational and found us the best possible way to achieve what we have. I guarantee in the next few years well be back for a third time round! Blake has become part of our tight nit family, and he represents the property shop to a T! I can't wait to have a Hampton built home. Their style is amazing! No cut corners here

Our first encounter with the Property Shop we were absolutely blown away with how supportive and assisting they were with us being first home owners. Being new to the area and not knowing which builder to go with we were so lucky we found Hampton Home Builders. We have seen our visions come to life on plans and we are so excited to make our dreams come true. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Buying through the property shop took the stress out of building. Blake was amazing offering support any time any day always answering my endless questions and concerns putting our minds at ease throughout the whole process. From beginning to end we felt supported with Blake assisting through every step of the way. It was an easy stress free process we would happily do again. One star because it doesn't go lower.Half of the reviews on here are from staff.They seem like the whole package but that's all a con to take your money.Offer to help with deposit but your getting charged extra to line their pockets.they recommend their building company Hampton Homes .The fakest people you will come across constantly promise you the world but can't deliver .They make out they are going above and beyond to help you get in the market but arent.These people are guaranteed to screw you over in some way.Run Run Run
