Great customer service from Tony and the team for the last 6 months while building our new home. Everything was easy and enjoyable from selecting the items to delivery then support during and after installation.Highly recommended and more affordable than Reece and Beaumont.

Just had my first Highgroves bathroom experience and Steve and Donna nailed it! So easy to get sorted, Donna helped me choose what worked with what I wanted and what was available I'll have everything I need for my new bathroom by the end of the day tomorrow...can't recommend highly enough!

Went here, based on recommendations, to select bathroom items and really glad we did. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.Didn't have a few things or colours we liked but we got most things. Will go back to the Bentleigh Highgrove for future renovations.

Such a great person- he guided us through the whole process, discussed without being too pushy which gave us the chance to really think of the bathroom that we’d want to achieve. Nadishe, the store manager was helpful from the start of our visit to the completion of our renovation. We were shown options, moving taps, sinks and vanity tops around to get a feel for different looks, spending 2 hours choosing products, without ever feeling pressured to buy. The communication for delivery was excellent. We are happy with the price, product and quality.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Also helpful in dealing with warranty items as needed which can be difficult at times, so that is also much appreciated.We have renovated several wet areas and a kitchen using Highgrove Bentleigh as a supplier and have had no issues at all. Would recommend to others happily.

I have been dealing with Tony from Highgrove Bathrooms Bentleigh and he has been amazing! Due to my builders I had to change my order a few times but he was always so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I found their prices for very reasonable, if anything cheaper than most places for the same items. Free delivery which I appreciated and on the whole great customer service. Thanks Tony and the rest of the team. T:)
