Broke my phone screen and took it here to get repaired. It cost double what it cost my partner for the same thing (different phone) and took over a week to do when in was originally quoted 2 days.After getting my phone back my charging port has stopped working. They also took my phone case and didn't return with my phone.My partner was stuffed around with the same issues after his screen repair here too.10/10 DON'T recommend.

I took my phone in for a smashed screen, the first repair caused multiple issues with the touch screen so they replaced it again. I’m still having the same issues (and more!) and when going in and asking for a refund I was told the smashed screen would be put back on as I can’t have the (not working) screen and my money. When I tried to express my disappointment at this, having been charged $310, fixed twice due to their repairs, the male working raised his voice and became quite rude. I had to ask him to lower his voice and not to speak to me so poorly. He attitude did not change.I’m very frustrated at this as, this should not be an ongoing issue considering they have ‘fixed’ it twice.

Have had multiple screens replaced here for kids iPhones - ALWAYS very polite service & fast while you wait or shop service. Have also bought protector cases & screen protectors. I have always been very happy with quality & price of work done. I don't know how much others charge but when I can walk in with a smashed screen 10 minutes before closing & they happily replace it for me immediately, if it costs slightly more than elsewhere pffffffftttttt it's worth it for the convenience as far as I'm concerned.

Went in there the other day to fix in iPhone screen. It was done quickly and to a good standard. The only thing is that the other phone repair shop in Mt Barker quoted me $50 less for the same job.

Do not buy from this store - inferior products and overpriced. Paid $28 for a protective cover which broke within 2 weeks I spent almost $200 for a phone repair and cover and they would not replace the faulty cover. Aldosterone very poor attitude. Steer clear of this business!

Got my screen replaced after it cracked. Within a week after getting it back the top of the screen was coming off, which let's light into my selfie camera. The speaker also hasn't been the same since and is make a crackling noise now when I play anything. Dodgy job. Cost $180 for a samsung galaxy a12.

We had an iPhone 8 plus screen repaired. The response time and service was fantastic. Very professional service.Highly recommended.

Been to multiple phone shops looking to have a screen protector put on whilst I have a case that is made to not have oneEvan at this store was able to work out a way to get it on & had such good customer service I just had to get my work phone re-done whilst I was there tooDefinitely coming back next time I need any of my phone needs met

Replaced cracked iPad screen and LCD. New screen glass is very thick and sticks above the bezel so it no longer fits in its case, and the screen is now coming loose. Also can't use the iPad now as the new LCD is faulty (flashes/lines), and the touch panel is no longer picking up finger touches but randomly acts like taps/ swipes when not touching. The iPad has been rendered completely useless!
