This KFC has around 3 staff during dinner but you can see their dedication to make great food, surprisingly due to the small amount of staff, the service was really quick, it was around 20 minutes and the food was amazing!

Lengthy wait for food and easily the most untidy store I've ever been in, looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned up for days, to say it was pig stye would be unfair to pigs

Worst KFC service ever had. Very slow, called up, and, retold had to wait another 7 mins, blew out to about 12 mins.No straws given, or offered with drinks, and, spoons/serviettes for having potato and gravy. The straws and serviettes weren't even available to get by ourselves, so, not being picky. When asked for them, they were basically flicked to me from a cardboard box, dragged up to onto the counter.Not one to complain, but....... Service ??

Waited nearly 30 mins for our order last night, apparently chicken tenders weren’t being cooked. No explanation, when I asked 3/4 times I was told, coming any minute.By the time we got them, chips were cold and drink’s defrosted.This kfc needs to educate its staff on how to communicate to customers when things aren’t on track or better yet send out a manager to help them. Having 3 young girls out the front standing around doing nothing is not a good look.

First the service was really bad. Its quite day she was doing something else. She didn't serve customers first when couple of customer is waiting. She wanted to finish the job she is doing first rather than serving customer. I asked her for fresh chips, she had problem with it. Her manager told her to give me a new chips. But she mix those new chips with old chips and end up giving me those old chips with popcorn where I can bearly see the chips. I can only see the popcorn. Because its take away. I couldn't return.

FOOD POISONING 12 MARCH 2023.I took my fiancé and two children here for lunch at 1:00pm on 12/03/23. Whilst waiting 25 minutes for our food, I began taking notice of the dirty floors and tables, empty drink fridges, little to no food prepared/cooked and the staff were visibly stressed and emotional.Several hours afterwards, all four of us felt extremely sick and suffered from constant bouts of diarrhoea and vomiting. This lasted more than 24 hours.We will never be eating here again and I have reported this incident to the Public Health Tas.

When you order using app, press in-store then realise that you 12th on the waiting list. People ordering via counter get food before you. And staff (when already under staffed) think its fine to have casual conversation with friends that don't buy anything. Waited 45mins from pressing in store to getting food that was not fresh. Wrap chicken hard and way over cooked.
