They need more stars! Absolutely fantastic! Customer service is amazing, so friendly and helpful. Marie made sure that everything was perfect as I had my own edible piece for the top she waited till I came to pick up the cake and put it on for me. She even gave me free lollie pops to use! Cake was so tasty. Can't fault this place. Always get my cakes here.

I tried to order on line but site wouldn't complete my order. I phoned the store on Friday to order a birthday cake for my Mums 85th birthday. My order was taken and I arranged to pick it up at 10am on Monday Morning.I arrived on Monday morning to pay and pick up my cake but no cake had been prepared as I had not confirmed" the booking. No one mentioned anything about confirming the booking when I ordered the cake. So I left without any cake and had to settle for a Coles cake. So disappointed in Cheesecake shop."

I needed a cake for my sons birthday and it was 3.30pm I tried calling my closest store (lake haven) and no answer. So I called the tuggerah store and was greeted by a lovely lady who told me she would happily wait for me to come to tuggerah to get the cake. I arrived at 4.01 and the door was still open went inside and was greeted again by this same person who was very lovely. Not only did she wait for me to arrive but was very accomodating and had excellent customer service manners thank you

I don’t think you can go wrong with a Cheesecake shop cake, worth the money, everyone is always impressed with the cakes whenever I take them to an event. The Tuggerah store staff are lovely and helpful even when they are busy.

The folks at Cheesecake Shop Tuggerah are the best! Very friendly, professional and superb quick services. I ordered two cakes the previous night almost 7pm and selected 10am the next day for pickup. I called before driving over and found their telephone manner excellent for any customer service business. Got there and everything was quick smart and a pleasant experience.

I always had great experience and staffs used to be very friendly but today I experienced very bad customer service from the girl working at the front . She just did not look like she wanted to be there. Rude and not helping attitude at all. Answers to every question was straight no.Although I used to buy at least 10-15 cakes for all my family members birthday here, I will not be back. The girl with tattoos in her hands to learn customer service .
