It is worst place to set for exams. Noisy, I was doing an exam in 2019 l, couldn't focus even with their ear plugs, the next door, the trainer was teaching Windows 10 and I was doing ITIL. I could hear him clearly and distracted me. Also, the Cisco trainer has english issue. Only the MCSA trainer is great and professional. Don't recommend it at all. I passed the ITIL exam despite of the bad trainer.

Joined the Job Ready Program 2 and was able to get a job. The program included the relevant courses required by employers. The training, course material, mock tests and support provided was truly helpful for me. From my first call to the career counseling session, I was happy with the service provided. I recommend them to anyone looking for an IT job or in a struggle to get their first break.

I joined Logitrain training based on the convincing and prompt calls I received from them before joining. However, my experience with them was not good.They provided me with incorrect information about the class schedule and as a result, I had to travel and go to the location for the class on the wrong day, which resulted in me losing a day. Despite calling them the previous day to ask if I could postpone the class, they refused and said that I had to pay more fees. They eventually agreed to give me a $100 Coles voucher as compensation for wasting my entire day.The certification exams are only held on weekdays, which is not flexible for those who work on weekdays. Furthermore, once you book an exam with Logitrain, you cannot change the exam date without incurring additional fees. In contrast, if you book an exam with the certification provider directly, you have the option to change the exam date without paying any additional fees and you have ample time to complete the exam. Additionally, Logitrain requires you to complete the certification within three months, or you will lose it. This lack of flexibility is not worth the money that you pay.The internship that they offer is a total waste of time. It is not a real internship as it is fully online, and the tasks that they give are more like answering a large number of questions. After you submit your work, no one checks it, and they do not provide any feedback. I submitted my first two weeks' tasks a year ago, and no one has bothered to check on me or provide any feedback till date. The lack of care and attention after payment is very concerning, and it is clear that Logitrain is more concerned with making money than helping their students.If you are interested in obtaining a certification, it is better to do it yourself. You can obtain the necessary books and syllabus from the certification providers themselves, and it is much more flexible. Before you choose Logitrain, it is important to consider the many negative reviews that they have received from other people. There must be some truth to these reviews.While some people have managed to complete their certification through Logitrain, it is clear that they have no concern for their students' needs for flexibility. It is better to look for other centers or book the exam yourself so that you have the necessary flexibility to complete the certification on your own terms and way cheaper

I did CTT+ with Logitrain and I appreciate all their help and support - from the class discussion with Rita, to exam prep/ review, video recording, and up to form submission. I even had a double CCIE (Murad) as videographer for my video submission - cant beat that!-Location is good; very accesible-Trainers are good-Staff are very approachable and helpful-Facilities are cleanAs with any IT training and certification, there's some expense involved but with the quality of support you are getting from Logitrain - I'd say, it's worth it!

Course taken: ISTQB FoundationThough I was a little confused by the booking process, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process.The training felt a bit rushed to get through the material, but the material itself is very relevant to the exam.
