I will never come back here again. In december last year i came here to get just plain white matte nails. I had gotten my nails done 3 weeks prior to that and the lady told me she couldnt take them off and give me another set because they were only a couple of days old. I told her that they were 3 weeks old and that i was just not happy with how they looked so i came to get a new set. She kept repeating that she could not re do the nails because they were very new and that she would have to charge extra. After i told her that i dont see why she would need to charge extra, she rolled her eyes and said that she would do it. When she was taking off my old nails when she was using the shaving tool she kept cutting my cuticles with it and she knew she was doing it because every time she did it she would look up at me really fast. I decided to put up with it and when she finished with my nails i looked at the underneath and it was lumpy, and the sides of my natural nail were so visible. A few days later i was patting my dog and my nail tapped on the concrete and just snapped off. It was the lightest of taps and it just snapped. Never again.

Some of them do nails well when they want to, but I dont like how they stop doing your nails to do all sorts of other things while you are doing absolutely nothing but waiting.At one time this has added almost 20 mins onto the time it took actually doing my nails.

Staff was friendly, service was good.The nail technician did a good job.I got a full set of white tip acrylic nails with stated on their price board as $40.I was charged $50.Salon was clean and tidy and had a slightly sterile environment as lights were incredibly bright.I will consider visiting again.

Beautiful and relaxing after a hard day's work

Ladies are lovely, service is friendly and within reasonable time. This is my preferred nail salon because they are willing to listen to you and you don't feel judged for asking questions. They have a little chat with you and sometimes laugh along with you. The only thing that would make this place even better is some new colours. Granted they have plenty of nail art designs but only 2 boards of gel colours which doesn't appear to be expanding any time soon. They do offer other services like piercing, massages and facials which is great too. Their pedicures come with great massage chairs too! Love coming here.
