I'd rather run over my foot than miss a parcel delivery and have to pick it up from here.The window staff are that rude, if you can't smile and be polite, get the hell out of customer service jobs.

Paying customer of post office box.Always making difficult for collection. Had to contact Australia Post Director on several occasions. Now instead of leaving parcels in collection lockers will make me join the queue for collection when I'm already paying for a service the manager seems to not want to allocate me a locker. Needs an investigation with regards to this manager.

Front counter staff are always friendly & helpful. Very handy being open at 7.30am so I can grab my mail on the way to work.
