Was so impressed with Andrew! Year 12 laptop was broken just weeks before exams and had all final assessment due that week! He fixed it on a Sunday afternoon in half an hour and was super pleasant to deal with.Laptop is now 100% fixed and he even left a funny note on the screen not to break it again. Definitely recommend!

Cannot rate this company highly enough.After receiving diabolical service from a different company, I tried Contract IT.Andrew took my iMac 4.30pm Friday and despite being told there was no hurry it was done by 3pm Saturday.Customer service does not come higher than that.My faith has been restored in IT tech's and I will not use anyone other than Andrew and Contract IT in the future.

Just had a phone conversation with Andrew and he was excellent. Polite, didn't try to push me into a fix that he couldn't guarantee, listened to the problem. IF I needed a PC/Mac repair I will be bringing to Andrew and Contract IT.

Very quick and professional service. Sent email requesting quote to fix my MacBook Pro screen on a Tuesday afternoon, received quick response. Was able to drop my laptop the next day n and was able to pick up on the Friday morning!
