I booked my vehicle in for what I thought was a cracked rear window replacement. Booking and check in was smooth, easy and professional. I received a very competitive quote for an item they had in stock. After a short time following arrival, the office manager rang me to advise the screen was not actually cracked, but the tinted coating had simply bubbled in a number of places. Initially, I didn’t believe this, ( would have bet money on it being cracked) and I may even responded a little bit rudely. However, they convinced me that the window did not need replacing! When I returned, the offending tinting had been removed, and I felt like a idiot! The staff handled the situation with professionalism and good humour! I was not charged a cent for wasting their time. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!! +++++

My experience with this company has been a nightmare. On February 06/01/23 I’ve ordered a side cargo glass and I’ve been asked to pay even if I didn’t received the service yet and I’ve been told that the glass would have been in cairns ready for installation within two months.Today 22/05/23 went to the office to check how long will take for my glass and the amazing answer was that the glass has not been ordered.I’m frustrated and I’ve paid for something that I will have to wait for at least another 2 month

4 attempts and 4 promises of a call back to resolve a rear windscreen replacement. Received nothing despite assurances my matter had been escalated. Absolutely pathetic service! Oh and feel free to check my name and details. This matter is fully logged.I have wasted 2 days here for supposedly Australian nos 1 glass replacement. Do not use this company.
