AFFORDABLE, EASY, GREAT RESULTS !

He used to wash my service dog that is very important to me. He used to do a good job. Then floods came and rather than every two weeks and paid for he just didn’t show up. Having medical appointments and no car Trooper comes every place with me. Needing to go to john Flynn specialist as I’m veteran pensioner just trooper and myself. Requires a DVA taxi to take us both, I sent a message asking real important to get wash. As vets give not a cent to us for our prescribed service dogs yet require all things perfect. Not right to have a dirty dog in a taxi then in a hospital as they no trooper at many of our drs places and his always nice and white fluffy. Yet got closer sent more messages rang nothing no replies no answering nothing. I had to cancel appointment as I was to embarrassed to have trooper looking that way. Now another 12 months wait. Yet tried for weeks nothing and last seen even gave him a $45 book as counted him as a friend. He never returned or gave a reason like my head fell off. This to me a now ex soldier living on a pension with no one around to help. Once had beautiful family married 14 yrs two kids. Now grown yet have cut me from picture since my replacement who never worked a day and still not filled my kids with something that you can’t defend what your not told. So I’m pretty peeed that Russ has just left us and still not been able to cut his hair Made him sick through the heat. I tried to wash him but lifting into a bath with my busted neck and lower back with other fun bits. Burnt out a hair clipper as no good on golden retriever hair and lifting in and out bath couldn’t walk for 3-4 days. Simply crawling to kitchen to make sure trooper was fed and water letting him out for toilet. While he worried about me wasn’t fun. I tried phoning around everyone was full. I’m very stuck with my poor boy not nice even hair and having to do no water washes and very expensive not work very well especially when hair long. White golden retriever long haired. You may seen us walking to IGA potty as I can only carry 2 days food in pack for shopping. But also many of the young ones do ask and I let them give him pats and some give cuddles as he doesn’t lick them or try eating what in there hands. Which is cute but I feel terrible that his not soft and smells nice as normal. I brush him try do it all but, just very let down. Couldn’t understand how you would want your business run avoiding to reply or anything. Very low act as I try save for 300 plus dollar clippers and some way to wash him. He is not just a dog but is all I have 24/7 unless at appointments. Not been out of pottsville to a shop for 3 bit yrs. Since. Car problem then had 3k stolen of my savings. So not the best, but that’s life. Couldn’t avoid putting something down as was and still causing me so much extra stress and problems, keeps me even more from mixing with others and feel I’ve let my boy Trooper down. But he used to do a good job. Just was kicked again as things have changed so much especially Old school I guess Aussie way of life.
