I injured my back a few months back, experiencing a disc protrusion at S2 which left me almost unable to walk, indeed do anything, without severe pain. Karl's care and treatment has been fundamental to my recovery. At all steps and stages, Karl explained treatment options, the best way to do exercises, how to grade my exercises and took measurements of progress at each review to ensure treatment was both appropriately challenging and yet mindful of my current limitations and pain levels. I have progressed from a near zero level of range of motion and very high pain levels to effectively a full range of motion (with only very occasional feeling of slight impingement) with a corresponding pain level drop to around 1 or no more than 2 out of 10 on the odd occasion. I'm very grateful for the care and professional attention I have received and can certainly recommend him.
