Did not receive item. Damaged during shipping from willow and beech's courier with no automatic refund received (a business should automatically refund on no delivery).I provided the sendle reference via paypal dispute and was advised I'd be refunded. This promise did not translate into actual refund. As a bonus, I was threatened to be contacted by lawyers for advising I'll be writing an honest review (this is just intimidating behaviour, the implication here being defamation. Defamation cases require real world evidence of fake review or vendetta) about my experience . I have finally received a notification of my refund via echeque at the second time of asking but it shouldn't take this amount of time and effort. Hopefully it clears and i receive the funds (zero trust until i actually get the amount).Honestly, I hate writing negative reviews (overwhelming majority of my reviews are positive). I understand it's difficult to run a business. Had i received a refund, i wouldn't have done it. Had i received a refund at the first time of asking, i still wouldn't do it. My hand was forced due to the amount of time and effort it has taken to get to this stage and in no small part due to the manner of response from willowandbeech.
