TORQ F1T Training Solutions

I was in town visiting a friend and did a class on Thursday 10th March. When I called during the week to set it up Ryan was super helpful and great. The space itself is very well thought out and immaculately clean. I've done a lot of spin but never with stats on a screen on view, so it was different for me and challenging. The instructor, who's name I didn't catch was great, super friendly and engaging and he paid particular attention to me explaining the stages and guiding me when I was going too hard or not hard enough, also great music and chat from him. Defo 10/10 for the staff and the facilities, also the cold towels at the end, game changer and SO SO GOOD. Highly recommend, I wish I was in town for longer so I could go back. And I certainly will visit again next time I'm here. Thank you!

Got in touch with Ryan to use the gym whilst on holiday. Such a fantastic gym and wish it was my local. Love the amazing spin room as well and look forward to coming back. Great for experienced gym goers or beginners. Love the vibe. 10/10 would recommend this place.
