Super easy to switch to Enova, and so happy my money's now going to a company that is making a positive difference to the environment and community! And even more so that my money is no longer going to an energy company that is actively destroying our environment!

I have been with Enova for nearly 2 years now. Excellent customer service every time I call. You get to speak with polite local operators who are both courteous and who know their business, and who are always keen to ensure you are on the best plan. For me with a battery and large solar array, I am receiving a very good price for selling back to the grid. I get refunds instead of bills!!!!! Great to support this community owned innovator. Could not recommend them more highly!

So happy I made this switch. It was so great to speak to someone who really knew about and was passionate about the company. Also for the first time someone could explain to me how the rates work and that my 30% on-time discount with my previous company was basically a farce. Now I can be happy that I am getting a great rate and supporting an ethical company.

Really excited to have switched my electricity service over to Enova. Enova recently opened their community energy enterprise to South East QLD customers and having admired the initiative since they started up in the NSW Northern Rivers area, I got on board ASAP. The transfer was incredibly simple and a delight talking through the deal with their staff. And, I’m getting a better deal on both usage charges and solar feed in than I had with Origin! Everyone should do it....

Speaking with Alli from Enova today was a great customer experience, deserving of this five star rating. With no pressure to sign up, the transparency of information and electricity rates in comparison to my current electricity provider was a no brainer to make this immediate change. Having also read many great reviews prior to contacting Enova, I felt confident making this change, as they stand by their values as a community owned energy provider.

I joined Enova in 2020 when I read an article about them. Although I'm in Sydney & live in a flat, I wanted to support a community based company that employed locals, and drew from renewables wherever possible. Enova have been fantastic from the start. No long call centre waits, lovely chats with Chantal and Kim among others, and really clear information. I'm a pensioner and put in a small amount fortnightly which was no problem from the start, whereas with a bigger company I had to negotiate part payments when the bill arrived. I really appreciate the work Enova is doing and very happy they have been recognised by Greenpeace and Choice Magazine.
