I would like to thank Josh and the Team at Hastings Specialty Furniture for their patience and commitment to service while my wife and I decided what chairs we would get from the IMG range(we took about 2-3 months to decide). Josh's knowledge and Customer service was outstanding and I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality furniture at a competitive price and are sick of the overstuffed, oversized run of the mill products from the likes of Domayne, Super Amart and Harvey Norman. When comparing ALL of our options, nothing stacked up as well as the products from the IMG range, the quality, the warranty, the options were all better than what we could have got elsewhere and the pricing was competitive too. If you want quality furniture that will last then I highly recommend talking to Josh and the Team at Hastings Specialty Furniture in Port Macquarie.

After building a new house I wanted some nice furniture to make it a home. The staff at Hastings Specialty Furniture, namely Josh and Tony were fantastic to deal with. They have a wealth of knowledge and sell only quality furniture. I highly recommend this business to anyone that appreciates quality in both service and products.

Very disappointed with this company.We specifically told them that we were wanting the set of chairs that were being cleared.WE also told them that we would purchase a Buffet and a Hall Stand all of which were out of Tassie Oak.We couldn't make up our minds about buying a table from the as well but on each visit to the store we told Josh that we would definitely be taking the chairs others.However when we went there today to place the order we were told by Josh that he had sold the chairs.I cannot believe that he did that after all the communication we had with him.We won't be buying anything from this company and they are the big losers.

Very, very expensive. Nothing in stock. Need to order and hold your breath for a long time. Not impressed and can't see the value of these price tables and chairs.
