Overall i had a great online shopping experience this week easy check out via website . recently bought two wet brushes . they have communicated well with me in terms of delivery and product stock updates . fast response and delivery was way before i expected on a discounted cost . they are based in Sydney and their phone number works ( happy days). very happy with the quality and authenticity of both wet brushes . a very positive online company. thank you michelle and others. keep going .

Just received incomplete and incorrect order.I have called them previous to my order for information and also emailed no reply 3 days later and am now trying to contact them about my incomplete order received and they don’t answer there phone .
