Extremely unhelpful!! The guy was more concerned that my car was parked in their driveway as they don't offer any form of parking what so ever and all I needed was information on putting something on the bus as freight. Disgusted with your services would recommend Australia post before greyhound freight

Friendly helpful service as always. Office staff brought out a trolley to my car to help me bring in my boxes. I was parked in the loading zone at the front of building which is there for customers use when unloading and loading freight.
