Ramentic Restaurant
The spicy ramen here is SO delicious! Best ramen I've had in Australia this far. We also tried the pork gyoza as an appetizer and they were so tasty. Haven't tried anything else on the menu yet, but we'll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend.

Ramen was tasty. Waiting time was about 20 minutes or so for dinner.The egg was served whole and the inside was still a bit cold. Other Japanese restaurants serve them already split.Friendly and helpful staff.Car park can be an issue in Braddon.

The service from the guys was really pleasant and friendly but the ramens were not authentic. They were on the salty side and lacked flavour. Sadly it was not what I was expecting from the quality.

It was an exciting and enriching dining there and experience Japanese food and drink. The ramen was fabulous and so were the drinks. And I even tried to drink Somaek out of Asahi and sake. Above all, the staff were amazing!!! Will defo visit again!!

Standard Japanese ramen with gyoza, the soup is good, not too salty, other toppings are average quality.

Good service but ramen was just...kinda bland. Not a fan of the thin noodles that they use. And the gyozas really need to be pan fried instead of just boiled/steamed

We were here over the weekend and loved it! We got the spicy ramenatic, spicy veggie ramentic (extra chicken chasu and the veggie gyozas. The dishes overall were awesome! I really liked the texture of the noodles and the subtle spice kick of the chilli paste. The food arrived within 10 min and the ambience was quite pleasant. Parking can be an issue in Braddon though. Definitely will be paying another visit.

30 June 2023Ramen taste is not those rich in flavor with lots of oil above their soup.Need to add on egg, etc, if you want.The red oil is the spicy ramen.Gyoza is not pan fry, but it looks like boil.Spring rolls taste more like Vietnamese spring roll.

I thought I'd pop by as I'd not been, despite hearing that the ramen is mediocre. To my chagrin, what I'd heard was absolutely correct. Tl;dr the ramen is average and overpriced - go across the street to White Chaco. The broth is a bit weak, and a bit fishy, so it's not a pure tonkotsu base you're getting. The noodles are soso. The chasiu is not generous and the pieces are cut thinner than general standard. The only positive is that the bamboo shoots tasted fresh. Would not come again, there are lots of choices now.

A neat place! The ramen was amazing. Very friendly staff. Excellent service. Hats off to the chef. Everything was fantastic!
