Platinum Automotive Care

I found Platinum Automotive Care on Google and took my Skoda superb there for front brakes based on the reviews I read. To say I was happy with the level of service, advice and price is a massive understatement. Jason has now helped me out on two occasions where I desperately needed help to get back on the road quickly. Once when I hit debris on the F3 which punctured the sump. I called Jason and I had the car to his shop in 2 hours, the part was ordered that night and the car was ready for pickup the following day, not only that but he also gave it a quick once over and found some items not as they should be from the previous service from the dealer. And again today when I had an EPC light show up on my dash on the way home from work. I sent him a message and he managed to fit me in today, order the parts and fix the issue same day. I honestly can't recommend Jason and his team highly enough. It's hard to find good honest fairly priced service for European cars but Jason has it covered.

Once my car was out of warranty, I decided to change my service provider and Platinum was the obvious choice. It’s down the road from my house and highly convenient but I would still come here even if I moved away. The service is second to none and no job is too big or too small. They are very thorough and cost effective compared to using the dealer, and the service always comes with a smile. The owner, Jason, has even dropped my car back to my house for me and left the keys in a secret spot when I couldn’t get back in time. Now THAT’S service! Highly recommended.

I am with Platinum automotive for nearly 6 years. Jason is very honest and straight talker. You can beleive 100% of his words. Once you try him you will not go anywhere else. Fully satisfied with the service done on my car. Great value for money. Jason the mechanic is super nice. He even put Fuchs racing oil into my car to improve its performance at no extra cost (I did notice the performance improve quite a lot).

I have been taking my VW, Audi and Volvo to Platinum Automotive for 5 years. Jason, Susan and the team are very knowledgeable, respectful, transparent and timely with their work. The team has accurately and honestly diagnosed and repaired any faults or service requirements and provides an efficient repair for a competitive price. The all round service and expertise from platinum means I continue to take my vehicle’s to them despite not being in my direct area.
