The young lady running the counter appeared to be alone managing sales, cafe and food service. Witnessed several male employees sitting in a back office without even checking on the lonely staff memeber who was clearly struggling and had made several errors during my order of 3 coffees!! Negligent for a brand new service station to produce such poor service. Will be taking our business with several thousands of dollars of fuel a month elsewhere after speaking with the young lady and her explaining she had only been employed approx a month!!!! No wonder the staff have changed so rapidly since opening.

Toilet facility very impressively clean and tidy. Everything you need, baby change, disabled access. Hand dryer, paper towel and very clean.

A bit disappointed this morning Monday 3 rd October on Noosa eumundi road. We saw the service station was open and went to the roundabout to come back to fill up. We pulled up to the bowser and put the nozzle in our tank when an employee came out of an inner office looked out at us and went back and turned off the lights ignoring us. Couldn’t believe how ignorant that was!!! Customer service??
