NRMA Cairns Holiday Park
We stayed twice. Once in a chalet and second time in the camping area. The biggest complaint was they like smokers and we are non-smokers. Good value for money. Pool looked good but didn't get to it. The kitchen area very busy with loud foreigners and far from toilets. Allocated next to busy road. Toilets per person ratio seemed low.

We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful trees and surrounds. Amenities clean. Really do pack folk in. Would be nice to see the grounds better kept. Lots of beautiful birdlife in the park. There is aircraft and train noise. Sites tight to get into. Keep your things secure as there are lots of folk wandering around. There is a resident bat colony too!

Average place. Seemed like some people actually lived there. Must've been a dog friendly park as most had dogs. Had a pool. Were asked not to leave anything out overnight, so obviously not secure. One side backed onto a main road & the fence could be jumped. Fees were very reasonable though & a well stocked little shop.

Service was excellent. We were booked by Deb and when we checked in we were treated like long lost friends. The grounds are clean, gardens and facilities well maintained. Room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend.

Park is clean, tidy and welcoming. But.. camp sites are small and the roads are narrow. Stayed beginning of June (not peak time) and they’re packing people in tight.

Booked into a powered caravan site. The park is full of beautiful gardens, clean and easy accessible facilities.Close to esplanade and city centre.Will definitely be booking again!!

Friendly staff. Unfortunately no room to turn caravans around or back up. No rooms for car next to van. Have watched 3 vans hit posts that are in very bad spots with not one bit of signage, or reflectors. My car also wrecked, staff don't care.The toilets are dirty and unclean, the park looks like it could do with a maintenance person. Everything overgrown and dirty.Wouldn't come back. Very disappointed...

A great location to everything Cairns has to offer. Very friendly staff with well kept grounds and facilities. Excellent customer service on bookings of tours/activities with some picking up from this wonderful tourist park. Highly recommended.

Just chillin at an outdoor kitchen and grill with other backpackers around the world. Great place for families and backpackers alike. It’s a good budget option, well stocked kitchen, pool and shower house.
