I have recently purchased a small acreage block of land. After looking at many other estates nearby I chose to go with QM properties. The salesman was very informative In the whole process. I have now recommended to a few of my friends who are interested in the acreage lifestyle.

word of the wise DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM and certainly don’t believe one word that comes out of the mouths of their sales people. Make sure you check before buying ANY of their Land at Delaneys Creek as some blocks have at least 7 Council overlays on them which QM don’t tell you about and will cost you a lot more money.

Absolutely pathetic. Beyond taking your money when you buy land they offer no help or service. They are purposefully evasive and unhelpful. If deciding between a QM development and others i'd go elsewhere.

Do not trust a single word these people tell you. We were told our block was going to be registered in June. Every time we call and ask how it is going we get the same answer 4-6 weeks. So we call back a month later, same answer 4-6 weeks. It’s now looking like our block won’t be ready for a minimum of 21 weeks after the first lot of dates we were told. I get stuff happens but they flat out lie to you. We asked if the road had been laid and the guy said yes, so we drove out there two weeks later and it had not been done at all. We were also told that the site office was moved from our block so we could get a soil test done and I drove out there a week later and the site office hadn’t been moved. I would be more accepting to all the issues if I wasn’t being constantly lied to. An absolutely appalling company.

What a rude, non responsive & unprofessional company. Get flat out hung up on, no dispute or anything just hung up on. Return the call and no answer, apparently the receptionist Katie was no longer there. Called back multiple times, then followed automated prompts because Katie was obviously so busy she couldn’t answer, but even the automated system hung up on me once I tried to pick an option. Don’t believe me? Try yourself. Absolutely appalling service. Wish I could give a zero star.

The covenants team have been rude, disinterested in communicating and ignored multiple communications we sent seeking clarification on matters.It was only after we advised that we would be seeking legal advice that we received a response to the question we asked. Disappointingly, the response we received was unprofessional and condescending.We have now made three written requests to QM asking for esculation of our concerns about how we have been treated and asking for someone to contact us about our experience with the covenants team.All those requests have been ignored by QM. We still have not been contacted.In the process of trying to resolve our issues with QM we have come into contact with others - both people who are building and builders, who have shared stories with us of similar experiences.We were intending to leave our review until we had finished out construction as we still need to deal with QM covenants on elements of our build. However, we don't want to see others have the experience we have encountered.UPDATE: I contacted QM as requested in their response to my review. Nick from QM has contacted me to apologise for the issues we have encountered and to advise of changes QM will put into place to minimise the chance of others having this same issue.

Would give them no stars if it was possible. Try to push you into their builders and their brokers all in the interest of money and referral fees. if you feel like being harassed then by all means buy a block of land from them.. most unprofessional sales people i have ever dealt with to the point where as much as l liked the location i took my money elsewhere. id suggest you do the same

Most corrupt organisations I've ever had to deal with. Terrible. They approved a house that was in breach of all covenants at the expense of us being able to finish building pur house. Unbelievable , rude and corrupt! 1 star is far too much. Something needs to be done to stop this organisation.

Delays every month blaming everything else. Over a year in delays. So many people pulled out and we were left being told, it’s almost ready, it’s almost ready, it’s almost ready.

We tried purchasing a block of land through this land developer. They were nothing but unhelpful from the beginning. Did not deal with 1 pleasant person throughout the journey. Even though we were preapproved they continually mentioned that we did not have enough and we wouldn't be able to build. Everytime we went to the office to ask for more information salesman was always on YouTube yet took ages to reply to our emails. We had to ring everyday for information and when it was given no exact answers or clarification. When trying to get our deposit back the salesman (Ken May) could not be more rude and unhelpful. Shocking customer service and has tainted out land purchasing journey. So outraged that this company has employees like this.
