Asked the lash tech for a set of hybrid lashes. The was unable to comprehend and provided me a less than a natural set, she seem very inexperienced and was not able to to provide to correct service. Not only that but the lashes applied more than half have started to fall out within 2 days, compared to a experienced lash tech which they last a lot longer and do not start falling out within the first week.Highly do not recommend this place for lash extensions, don’t waste your money, as you will not get a refund.

First time coming here after a few months letting my natural eyelashes recover from years of lash extensions. Amazing, quick service. Really friendly knowledgable staff. I’ve had experiences that have taken up to 2 hours to do, but they did a full set of natural lashes in 30 mins. I’m impressed and so happy with the results!

I had a 2:00 appointment and came early at 1:50 respecting their time and I was served at 2:20 even though I made a booking beforehand. People who were doing eyebrow threading and came after me got their service before me. There was only one technician working here. I got eyelash extensions after the technician told me that they last for 2 weeks. This was priced at 85 dollars. I was happy to pay the price for a good service. However, I was very disappointed when when the service started as she kept going to serve other customers who came for eyebrow threading in between and did such a rushed job. 45 minutes for eyelash extensions is too quick even for a skilled technician from my experience. Severely understaffed. However, I paid the full price and didn’t say anything hoping that a good job was done. The end results was far from natural. The lashes looked fake and too curled. Extensions started falling off on the day I got them done and by the end of just the 1st week, all the extensions had fallen off AND I had less eyelashes than I began with. Very disappointed, would definitely not recommend or go again. Please don’t waste your money!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 months now and love it! Pri is absolutely amazing and has always done an awesome job on my full volume lashes and I would recommend her to anyone that needs gorgeous looking lashes at a very affordable price! Pri is very good at what she does and also very quick! The moment you walk into the store, the staff are welcoming and very polite. If you need full volume beautiful looking lashes at a reasonable price, you have to try this store and of course ask for Pri she is amazing and does an excellent job not to mention is also lovely to deal with. I have been here around 4 times and done eyebrows plus facials. Honestly I loved this place in my first appointments. But my last appointment was not what it used to be. Very careless. I was just laying on facial bed , but doing nothing. My earlier facials were relaxing and girl who did was very careful and explained the steps. Last time I think it was preeti who did my facial and she even didn't close the door and other girl doing something else in the room. Now I confused if I really need to go there.

Preet is friendly & knows exactly what she is doing . My daughter and I are always happy with the outcome. Thank you!

the woman did not use glove and put her fingers in my eye, almost 3/4 of my lashes have fallen off and i got them done yesterday. didn’t do what me or my friend asked for, not really happy results.

100/100 recommend! Navdeep did my facial today and I have never been more satisfied with a service like this. She is so meticulous and careful with my skin and I felt so relaxed at the end of it. I will definitely come back here for my next facial ❤️
