I have been here numerous time and got my nails done from many people and I was never disappointed. The people here does great job. I always do Medicare & SNS on nail and pedicure. Good company and I will go back to them all them over and over again.

Extremely rude staff, especially the female manager.Showed her a reference photo of the nails I wanted and her response was it's going to look ugly". She proceeded to design it the way that she thought would look better

Got a manicure and pedicure done. Its was fine. My fingers did bleed slightly after which i noticed after i left the nail salon. The staff was friendly. Cleaner than most nail salons.

This was my first time getting nails done and I'm so happy with the result. It was shaped well and even though it was rushed it looks perfect. Perhaps it would be good to hire more staff since the ones working there seem to rush things and do several customers nails at once.It might also be good to setup a website to make bookings to make sure the techs can carefully do work for each customer.Definitely coming back to get my wedding nails done :)

Nice staff, very friendly. They were quick and did an nice job. Had a wedding to go to and they talked me into apple red as I wanted nude, and I was not disappointed. Falsies and shellac and they still look great 4 days later so far. Toes got shellac'd too and although a little short, they are lovely and shiny and look 1000% better than when I walked in.

Got a set of acrylics done here a couple days ago and the service was horrible. First of all, the lady doing my nails left after applying the tip extensions that broke because I tried to check the time. Then instead of coming back another technician (if you can even call them that) came over after 20 minutes to finish my nails. During the whole process of having my nails done I was left alone three times. The french tips are sloppy, messy and uneven and the acrylics are half a centimetre away from my cuticle.It is so unhygienic here and after filing my nails instead of asking me to wash my hand the lady use a dirty brush to brush off the powder. Now my nails are bubbly and uneven.DO NOT go here if you want to spend $80 on terrible service, and a disappointing set of nails.

Terrible, absolutely awful. I came in to replace a broken acrylic and they informed me that they couldn't fix it because they didn't have black acrylic powder, I then decided to have them all removed as to not walk around with one broken nail.The technician then proceeded to PRY OFF EVERY SINGLE ACRYLIC instead of removing them properly! It was so painful and my otherwise strong and thick natural nails were left flimsy and paper thin, the top layers of my natural nails were literally ripped off by this woman.This was my first time having fake nails so I had no idea this wasn't standard procedure.I then asked for just a normal paint job because my natural nails looked horrible now, she didn't shape or file them properly and even if they're short they still should look nice. I'm paying for a service here! Before she painted them she asked for payment in the middle of the service, is this normal? I obliged but thought it was strange. The whole ordeal was rushed, she spoke terrible English and didn't even come to check on me while my nails were drying, she just turned on the tiny fan and left. I probably sat there for 15 minutes before I asked another technician if I was dry and could leave.To top it all off...due to the state of my nails (thanks to her) the polish started chipping after only 3 days.Worst beauty service I've ever received in my life. This place should be closed down and put out of business!NEVER go here!!!!

I came here on the 21/4/2023 at around 3:30pm and the lady said it was a 5-10 min wait but i waited around 15-20 mins which was ok. However the reason I give them 5 stars is because I have never gotten better nails in my life. The shaping was amazing and the colour has made me receive so many compliments. Although service could be better, the nails are magnificent and i’m in love especially with how perfect and even she shaped them.

Love getting my nails done here. They also provide was services, very comfortable technique for eyebrows and facial hair removal. My family enjoy getting their pedicures done here as well. Owners are a lovely couple and the staff are always friendly and clearly communicate with their clients
