Used this company for the recent purchase of my first home and was disappointed by the lack of phone communication and lack of explanation on forms etc that were sent to me. I was using a brilliant mortgage broker who frequently checked in with me during the process and explained everything to me, constantly going above and beyond to help where he could, so the contrast between him (Nathan at Aussie Home Loans) and Jesse was very marked.On closing day I came with a bank cheque order but Jesse gave me an incorrect name so the cheque could not be accepted and I had to take the afternoon off work to get it sorted out, going back to the bank, my bank, finding out the correct name etc.Interested also to see all the Google reviews are written by people who have only ever written one review in their life and it happened to be their conveyancing solicitor! Not a cafe they went to or the usual places people review. And then they have never written another review again in their life. Very suspicious...
