Coles West End

It's a small Coles with not much stock or products. Go to Woolworths across the road for better deals and more variety.

Worst customer service ever.If there is zero star I can choose, I would rather give negative.Shopped to Coles tonight, the duty manager Brayden refused to sell us the promo “Home gift card” to our family, he insisted “one family can only buy 5 promo gift cards, no matter how many people you come together”. We just took 7 gift cards total value of $330. Then we went to take the photo on the promo banner, it states “limit 5 cards per customer”. We got confused, and went back to the customer service desk and showed him the photo we took. He was so arrogant and rude, said to us” I can read, you can read by yourself, I represent Coles, what I said is what company wants us to do, I’m telling you, we won’t sell you 7 gifts cards no matter three of you or whatever.”We asked him to have a look on the banner or the photo we took, he won’t even give a look.If Coles doesn’t wanna sell the promo gift cards to customers for Black Friday promotion, just save the money on the advertisement, and use those money to help the people who are really in need.

Coles West End in the Soda Factory is not usually crowded and there's a lottt of variety of #Gluten free products in sauces, meats etc but not much in the Ready foods. They've got a good variety of # Gluten Free breakfast cereals, dry pasta etc. The quality and variety of the meats look good. I have yet to try it though. I did try a 7 minute slow cooked Beef Ragu which was quite tasty. They have some easy quick cook meals which is useful especially if you are staying in a service apartment.

Have been a regular customer.Got a wrap last week and when we opened next day noticed it had mold in it. Threw the packet away immediately and contacted online customer center to tell about the issue, asked refund and more importantly about to report a rotten product being stocked.Their response was along the lines of return your product to store and give your feedback to manufacturer".I am just not going to shop here anymore risking my health."

Today at 11.15 stopped for a few things to take to family living in the area store was OK fresh veg and fruit well stocked the big let down was the Lady on self check out not friendly quite abrupt and not helpful seems she is in the wrong job for customer service won't hurry back

A large sized store close to city without exorbitant prices. Great fresh produce such as fruit. I spent less than 20 for enough fruit to feed 4 grown adults for days....

It’s always busy regardless of the day/time, so I suggest using Google Map’s “popular times” graph to find the least busy time slot. The staff are helpful & are kept on their toes, the shelves are often under stocked due to the high numbers who frequent this store & it can be difficult getting around other shoppers- the aisles could be wider but space is limited at this store - it would be great if they expanded as West End is growing in population & this Coles store won’t cope with higher volume. Lots of variety and great bargains when products are close to their use by date end. Parking is free in the underground carpark, just remember to get your ticket validated by the customer service desk or the check out operator.

Huge Selection of Groceries fair priced. Lots of counters to check out. Also a vast variety on vegetables and fresh fruits. Lots of meat options. Friendly staff. Several parking places in front of the store. The area feels a bit shady though with several homeless walking around. Still feels save anyhow.

Quite dirty looking but that could be because the building is so old. Again, they don’t replenish their stock enough! Annoying! I keep having to go to Woolworths at West Village. I think I’ll stick with Woolies
