I bought my wife flower for Valentines day, it faded very quickly over night. Leaves was mouldy even though it's left in a vase. Shop keeper did not want to refund, instead offered to exchange, the condition of the new bunch is still not great. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY DON'T OFFER FRESH FLOWERS

Lovely lady helped me wrap up my flowers. Super nice and sweet even sprayed my daffodils with glitter! Great convenient location and reasonably priced flowers. Will definitely be picking up more flowers. Great selection. Highly recommended for a pick me up while shopping at the Glen.

07/3/23 @ approx 4:30pm SO RUDE..... My wife went to this florist to boost a bunch she'd already purchased. Firstly, struggled to find a fresh bunch as most of their stock was old and expensive. Selected a bunch then reached down to select a bunch of greenery. Without even looking at her, the woman working there said 'we don't sell greenery?' and covered what she was looking at with a black cloth. Confused, because that's what she had just purchased from the other lovely florist who added the greenery for free!! Asked again. We don't sell greenery". My wife thought she'd ask

I must mention the lady who took my call, her name is karamp.. she is the MOST funniest and filled with laughter personality ..i ever dealt with and experienced.. she is a GREAT asset to your organisation... and she made the best flower arrangement.. to make my day even prettier .... a very BIG thank you ...

I would not buy from here. Every time I shop there, I receive attitude from the lady working there. She is very rude to customers, making them feel as if she is doing a massive favour. I’ve never encountered a florist who refuses to unwrap the dirty plastic the flowers comes with to put it in a bouquet, she will just shove in bunches of different flowers with the plastic still intact and give it to the customer like that. So i guess i should bring it home and unwrap it myself and proceed to DIY my own bouquet.

Went to the store to request for a new arrangement and after decided to choose a prearranged bouquet. Owner is very patient, understanding and did not mind. Chose a box arrangement and requested for the wrapper to be changed to a different colour to match my daughter dress colour. Owner obliged happily and even offered different colour. Great service and reasonable price. My daughter is very pleased with the lovely flowers. Will definitely go back.

Very disappointing and horrible experience with this florist. Had the worst customer service yesterday while shopping for some Mother’s Day flowers. I have shopped at this florist a couple of times and the lady who I assume is the boss is barely decent on a “good day”. Most of the time she is unhelpful and unpleasant. For a regular customer I was spoken to very rudely. When I asked a question about the flower selection, I was responded with an attitude and was dismissed while she said “I’m trying to do something here just have a look at the other flowers”. Treat your customers with respect and kindness, especially if you’re going to charge them double the usual cost of flowers on Mother’s Day. This was definitely my last straw and I absolutely will not be buying from this florist again.

My husband bought flowers from here several times and they were NOT fresh. My last big bouquet contained many gerbers that are known as long lasting flowers but in a day, they were all drooping and started moulding. What a disappointment to get a bottom quality product for the top price! Go to Vermont South shopping center for 2 great florist options!The owner of the shop should realize that it is embarassing to receive rotting flowers, with no good option to return these and get the refund.

Deep Blue FloristUpdated review 25/1/2021The colourful flowers do catch my attention when I shop around Woolworths supermarket and the Chinese grocers. This kiosk is directly across Woolworths, at the parameter of the atrium of The Glen Shopping Mall.So far I have not bought any arrangement or birthday balloons from this store, as the needs have not risen. and therefore I can't comment on the service. I have spoken to the the service staff requesting permission to take photos of the flowers and other products. She kindly obliged.As Valentine's Day is approaching. I wish the business owner / or operator a blooming business, pardon the pun!
