What can I say that won't sound cheesy? I received a call from Keith about a telescope that was on back-order and had finally arrived. The next day it arrived ... in Albany. I have never experienced such attention and service. Absolutely 5 star service.

Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff!I took the telescope into Bino central as it needed to be adjusted as it wasn't focusing properly.Keith and McKenzie were great. Did not even charge me for it after doing all the adjustments it needed!Keith said It was my Easter pressie :) . McKenzie and the other boy working carried the telescope into my car!Thank you and keep up the great service!

No problem the first few times I went here, but after purchasing a faulty camera the manager Keith was incredibly unhelpful and deceitful on several occasions. Ultimately he refused to refund the camera and I was forced to submit a complaint to Consumer Affairs.Three months after purchase they found that he was in breach of consumer law and demanded the he refunded the camera.Not once did he ever contact me, I had to chase him up every step of the way. Also after speaking with the Australian distributor they were happy to refund the product but as it was sold through Keith the refund had to come from his end, which he refused.I would be very skeptical when buying any product here as you may be in for a battle.
