I'm currently doing certificate 3 in mines rescue with sets. The staff are very friendly and helpful and full of knowledge. They spend time with each person individually as everyone has a different pace in learning. They make the learning process run smoothly and have excellent training facilities and also keep you interested in the topic at hand so no one gets bored and time just flys past without you realising. It's been a vert enjoyable experience as well as learning new life saving skills to make our work place's safer for everyone.

My Workplace recently conducted our annual requalification of Advanced resuscitation with SETS, I have to say all of our members enjoyed the training and the trainer (Ryan) showed he was very passionate and familiar with the course material, his experience was evident in his teaching.

Trainer is well qualified, very professional and a great sense of humor. Very competent and knowledgeable - well experienced and versed in the subject, and provided good examples.

Over the period of time I've spent doing the certIII for emergency response, the team at SETS have been nothing short of brilliant, the warmness of the team has an awesome way of making everyone instantly feel welcome and feel like family, once you are out there training you take in the importance of every single person who is out there with you, this course made me see that more than ever, people I never knew before would be there with me to save lives and never look back, I am proud to be a part of them, Brad you are the ducks my friend, the way you can just indulge an entire class room of adults into learning again in a classroom all day and enjoy it, that takes some special skill and humble brother, thanks bro I appreciate what you have given me, without fail I would recommend SETS to anyone, anytime, anywhere

SETS training facilities show a great understanding of how vital a response team in the workplace is and trained everyone in the class thoroughly and professionally. They ensured that everyone was up to speed in class and in practical at the same time guaranteeing everyone's safety while demonstrating how to combat dangerous tasks such as Fire training

The trainer had experience relevant to the course he was training us on. The facilities were well set out, but due to the nature of the course we had to use another facility for the practical part of the training. The cost was reasonable also. We had plenty of time to complete our written assessments with no pressure to be done within a specific time frame. I would be happy to go on courses there again.
