What a useless system. Useless government useless staff. Useless department. Even 1 star is too much for them. They know nothing just repeats the same sentence like a robot. How did they get the job ? Maybe 3 years old baby can work too As I expected all Australia departments is useless. Waste time

I have a friend who had a stroke at 65 and Centrelink has knocked back the Hospital Medical Certificate and expects the helpless person to find a job, I notice this was treading on Twitter also. Is there a reason you are discriminating against people with serious medical ConditionsCentrelink The most Horrible place on Earth thanks to our Insane Government

I had been struggling with a Centrelink online application, and had zero help at another centre. Decided to try the Biggera Waters centre, was treated with great courtesy and respect and guided through my stumbling blocks with ease. Mission achieved, and my appreciation to the staff, they were fabulous.

Before receiving my aged pension, I attended this centre for a few years while doing volunteer work at Vinnies.I was treated with respect and understanding. I had the unfortunate experience of observing these proffesional men and women being treated unfairly by an ungrateful few that only offered, disrespect and verbal ABUSE.I would like to say thank you to these men and women for the service and courtesy given to me. I visited the Biggera Waters centre today and my experience was much more pleasant than in the past. The staff are just great and so helpfully, I had Jane look after me and she was extremely professional and courteous. Jane knew her job and made my experience a pleasure. I had a great experience here after the unfortunate events of this year.Jane was beyond helpful, informative, kind and compassionate. She understood what I was saying even though I was almost a blubbering mess. Jane continued to show the upmost respect, even under considerable stress from the excessive line outside.I truly believe you get treated the way you treat people.Perhaps the people below should reflect on themselves before reviewing someone in an extremely high pressure job.Thank you Jane, you really helped me.

Every day people trying to work their hardest with what that got.The Security that is hired for them is rude.Don't yell at them and treat them kindly and they will do the same with you.Don't get mad at them for a government run service.Centerlink is Centerlink it's run by the government. They people who work there know how difficult the system can be, if you a patient and kind to the human staff you will get help and maybe they will be able to get you a bonus.The key is never go in angry you will just get disappointing.Expect the worse hope for the best.

I was very polite too all the staff here, I went to ask a few questions exactly 2 to be specific, and the lady that was serving me cut me off mid sentence saying to me this is like a 6 items or less I don't have time to answer your question! What are they there for then? I waited like everyone else to get answers to my questions and all I get is a waste of time! They are there to help people they are customer service government helpers? Why are these people getting paid to be useless! The lady I saw (jane) was a moody cow and should definitely look for another job because customer service is not her thing!

After going round in circles with centre link for 2 months in connection with age pension, I had a phone call from a lovely guy called Chris. He had noticed I'd been trying to upload documents and called me to assist. He was wonderful 5 stars to Chris.
