I had a serious tooth ache. I was glad to find them open on a Sunday. The service was friendly, fast, professional and very clean. I plan to use them in future.

Do not go here!!Paid $260 for nothing. Had been having pain in my lower teeth and gums to the point where it was hurting to brush my teeth, and all I got told was to switch to a different toothpaste.Had xrays done and the dentist didn't even acknowledge what the results of these were. Just went ahead with cleaning and then see you later.Needed to visit a different dentist a week later who was amazing, went through my xrays, helped with the underlying issue of my pain and followed up with me.Will tell everyone to avoid this Pacific Smiles Dental!! An absolute joke.

Avoid .Recently had a wisdom tooth taken out , in and out of chair very quickly very rushedOut of pocket a fair amount of money only to be back again another 3 times with no observation of my tooth at any of these timesNo antibiotics was prescribed like they should have been from the beginning .Ended up with a dry socket , again back with my concerns for the dentist not to even look at my tooth to confirm just in & out again & rushed .I still now have pain , still need to take medication every few hours & I have a nerve pain .Do not recommend !!!

The dentist does not seem experienced; the directions were unclear and she needed to check multiple times what to do. In the end, I'm needing to book another appointment with a different dentist to review the work done at this location because I am concerned that mistakes were made. I recommend just sticking to the bare bones cleaning (if you must) but do not allow any additional work to be done at this location.

After my temporary filling I had to go back twice to get it fixed. The second time it had gone soft and 3/4 of it had come out and more tooth chipped away. I had to explain it 3 times while she kept telling me I was wrong before she looked closely enough to find the chipped tooth and said it was in fact chipped away further. When I went back the first thing she said was you said it was chipping away but it wasn't.I got home and felt a hole in the back of the filling and the day after it felt soft and this one too is starting to lose its shape and fall away like Toothpaste. I can't be bothered going in to argue more and be called a liar.She was incredibly rude to her assistant in front of me the entire time.I was told to come in at 5, at 5:30 was told she's running 20 minutes late and didn't get in until 5:50. This is after having my appointment pushed back a week because she couldn't make it at the last minute.She was very rude to me every time but my first visit. I've had to go in 4 times for 2 fillings and should go in again to get this one fixed but I know I'll just be called a liar again.I was incredibly stressed and anxious going in again. No customer should have to feel this way.

Good job to doctor Maharaj and her assistants.On time, welcoming, professional and clean.What you want when you go to the dentist.

The girls at reception during the week Emma and Sophie are always smiling and welcoming. My denist has left but the new one is pretty good explains what you need to know in laymen terms. So happy there is one close to my home as I would have to travel into Sydney which is time consuming.

Dr Roneel Maharaj is an excellent dentist. Thorough, affordable treatment. Great accomodations for disabled people; understanding, patient and skilled dentists & assistants. Would recommend for kids too - calm environment & considerate staff.

Avoid this dentistry. I went there recently as i had a chipped front tooth and needed the tooth repaired on a weekend. They charged me $295 for a pretty simple repair but botched it. I told the dentist i wasn't happy as the tooth was repaired at an angle leaving me with a lisp and a pretty sharp edge to my tooth. He said no that is how it is supposed to be despite never having seen my teeth before. Such contempt. I then booked another appointment to get their original work repaired. When i said i wouldn't be paying for the repair at my scheduled appointment, they simply ignored my request and never called me back.Very poor customer service. Expensive. Poor repair. Rude. I don't think you need any more reasons to avoid this place.

Can't thank you enough for the kind considerate service.Dr Olivia Elwell explained every step of the process and was very understanding and gentle.I would recommend to everyone.
