This is not a negative review it’s just a misunderstanding.I have $50 of credit in a shop. With that $50 I buy 35$ worth dress and contact lenses for $30. So I pay extra 15$.Next day I go back to exchange the 35$ dress. And I want to replace it with 60$ worth of dress.I paid 45$ extra but I know it’s wrong but we couldn’t agree and I thought I am wrong she is right. I didn’t wanna keep her busy as well. I am so confused can someone do the math again please? (I didn’t get any money back I just replaced them each time)How much was I supposed to pay extra?

Not a bad store but I bought some things and went to return a few and they refused to refund the money. It had been two hours, I had the receipt and the products were sealed but their store policy contradicts Australian law. Make sure you only buy what you need or just go elsewhere.

I cannot say enough! This store is very reasonably priced and has every kind of fancy dress/costume wig, mask, tights, accessorie you could want. I even found some extremely tacky america themed sunnies for my upcoming trip. They also have a pretty decent selection of balloons and party supplies.

They increased all Pride items by 300% for Mardi Gras!! They couldn't be bothered to remove the old price tags. When asked about it, the 2 staff just laughed. While other companies are supporting LGBTQ+ initiatives, this one just exploits the cause.

The staff is extremely rude. Supposedly closing at 6pm the staff literally threw everyone out at 5:45. By far some of the worst service. Plenary other costume shops around without the awful rude people. Save your time and go elsewhere.
