Hamilton Hill Family Practice
The one star is simply to be posted . I give them zero stars. I arrived and was told they were not taking new patients because they too busy . The doctor was in and without a patient, there was no one in the waiting room… working makes it difficult to see a doctor. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. Hamilton hill family practice (Rockingham Road near Phoenix) was able to fit me in .

I've been seeing Dr Eric Kimaru for a few years and I've never been disappointed by the service he provides. He is very approachable and relaxing to be with, which really helps when talking about difficult issues. I would also like to say that the receptionists and admin staff are very friendly and professional as well. All in all, Hamilton Hill Family Practice is a very welcoming atmosphere and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Kimaru to others.

You advertise as walk in, no appointment necessary. When I walked in without an appointment I was told they don't take new patients.

This doctor is a nightmare and should have his lisence revoked. He prescribed medicine that made all my hair thin and fall out. For years I have been struggling with other health issues because of him. I asked if there were side effects and he said no. He refused to inform me and my hair fell our in hand fulls I can't swim because my hair Falls out and my hair is gone. Avoid at all costs. I feel I will Sue one day.

Attempted to make a booking only to be turned away as Dr won’t take new patients. I find this morally appalling considering a GPs is meant to be in it to help people.

Lovely service from staff, highly professional whilst warm and comforting. The doctor is very non judgmental and will listen to everything you have to say. Added bonus it's completely bulk billed. No appointment necessary. Walk in only available.

They bulk bill and staff are friendly, and the pharmacy is right next door. The doctor seems to know what he's doing, although I had a slightly weird post-natal visit wherein the doc told me two weeks after a traumatic birth that I should remember to take care of my husband's sexual needs (!?) ... I guess it's a cultural difference. Good if you're not overly sensitive!

DR Eric picked up a life threatening heart problem that Fiona Stanley missed in my partner. He also has been a wonderful,caring and patient family Dr to myself, my daughter and grand daughter and we are blessed to have him.
