Best Quality Alterations

I was looking for a reliable, and affordable place to get my wedding dress alterations done. Best quality alterations had the best reviews and they did not disappoint! The shop front may not look too flashy, but don't let that stop you. They offered amazing customer service, and helped me figure out my train length with patience. 2 weeks later I picked up my bridal gown and am extremely happy with the alterations. Best of all, it was just a couple hundred which was very affordable for bridal alterations. Very professional, great expertise, highly recommended.

I was walking past and saw this shop.. The doors were open and the tailor? speaking to someone for few minutes. So i waited my turn to just ask the price for dry clean.He was like we are not open

This shop does NOT even deserve 1 star rating. Very unprofessional and dont know what they are doing. Brought my clothes for alteration, and did a terrible job and kept making excuses for their mistakes.We told him that we were going to give him a bad review. He responded that he knows someone who works at google marketing team. VERY IMPRESSIVE with his connections.Peter

The alterations were professional and done well, although the front was a little longer than the back. I couldn't get adjustments made because it was for a wedding the next day and I didn't notice until I was at the wedding. Not overly noticeable to look at, but very noticeable when walking in it.I dropped the dress off at the Marion store, telling them I needed it in two weeks time and they guaranteed it would be done. I rang up a few days later asking to change the date by one day and the lady said yes that was fine.Turns out it was a problem as the alterations were done at the city store and the day change was not communicated. I got the impression that despite the two weeks notice I gave them, they left it until the last minute and had to rush to get it done when I questioned where my dress was when I went in early.When I finally picked it up the next day, the manager of the city store was rude and chastised me about 'priority order', which I thought was ridiculous considering they had two weeks to do my dress, and if they couldn't do it in that timeframe they should've said so from the beginning.While the quality of the alterations was good, the service at the city store wasn't and I won't be going back.

No fixed pricing a bit dodgy. So I brought in my dress to alter. She pinned all around then when I asked price she was calculating and saying 35 for this 45 for that then called her manager and then suddenly 200. For a two week lead time. So I changed my mind as the cost of Dress was 200. Then she said she’ll charge 25 for her time pinning it I said sure and she started unpinning. So I said wait I paid for your time pinning then you are undoing it without my agreement. So I was forced to offer double so she would stop. 50 dollars to keep the pins on. Wouldn’t have mind if the pricing was clear from the start but nope. Thought they were nice though

Amazing service! The staff were absolutely lovely and helped me out to ensure my dress was the correct length. They were very negotiable and quoted an amazing price and gave me the option of when I wanted to pick up my garment.Very very happy and I will definitely be back !
