Beware- Big Toy Sale pricing. Pricing on shelf says something different to the scanner at checkout. Waited in line at self service for ages with Lego with self price of 25$. Scanned the item and it read 27$. Told the guy that it said 25$ said he would get someone to check. Waited a bit and said, I have been hear long enough and left. Did not purchase will by online for 22$ instead.

Always love the variety on offer and toy section together with the kids clothes. Usual store set up and specials. Always love the personal greeting when entering, makes a little difference. There are always plenty of check outs open and never too much of a wait in line.

Good size big w store, friendly staff. Only downside was not enough staff at busy Christmas period so checkouts were extremely clogged up. All in all worthy of 4 stars.

Usually I have no problem with getting click and collects. Today I needed to return socks as I got the wrong size. I used the back to school voucher to purchase everything. When I came back today the lady processed the refund without letting me know I wouldn’t be about to swap and would have to purchase again! I explained that I used the back to school voucher and all she did was shrug her shoulders and told me she had already processed the return. This is disgusting customer service and if I had of known I would have taken back the socks and given them to someone.

I don't often shop here , coming from the mid North Coast. I found it a very nice place to shop. A refreshing atmosphere. The young lady at check out was delightful.

Good store with plenty of things to buy and usually good quality especially for children's clothing but not a huge range or stock of children's toys more of a luck of the drawn to find what you are looking for you are better off buying online for toys and video games etc.

BIGW is rubbish these days.Great that they have a toy sale but they have no bags to put the toys in meaning that my kids saw everything I bought.Usless staff
