Did not have several items in stock plus car park is terrible. To push trolley or even hold it at the car is so hard on a sloping car park.

Extremely frustrating experience with getting stuff delivered using online service. A lot of stuff missing (about 20% of total cost). Felt like Woolworths have created this service to rip off their customers.

This supermarket is becoming a joke. Called in at 1.30pm to buy a cooked chicken and Christine in the deli said they have been to busyto put any on.Left and went to Coles and spent $149 on my groceries. Cooked chickens is a staple item that should be available most times of the day.

Convenient because it's around the corner from me ,I'm not thrilled with the meat selection but the vegetables are usually always fresh and well priced. Parking can be a nightmare but on the plus it's close to the main street of Berwick and in the arcade where woollies is there's a butcher's, chemist, bakery and coffee stand that make really nice drinks and food.

I was wondering around and didn't have a clue what I was looking for till a wonderful lady by the name of Daniella came upto me and asked if I needed help. She took me to everything I wanted. She was friendly, polite and very patient. She is one of the reasons I come to your store. All your staff are super friendly and helpful but she is an acception.
